Do I still need a separate water softener?
No. The Halo ION stage conditions hard water without salt, chemicals, or a separate softener unit. It's one system that does it all.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in 2-4 hours in a single visit.
Does it require maintenance?
Minimal. The Halo 5 is designed to be low-maintenance, but we recommend an annual checkup to ensure everything is performing optimally. We offer service plans for existing customers.
Will it affect my water pressure?
No. When properly sized and installed by a licensed plumber, the Halo 5 has no noticeable effect on water pressure.
Is this covered by a warranty?
Yes. Halo products come with a manufacturer warranty, and our installation is backed by FIXALL's workmanship guarantee.
